 Title:Medical Camp                                     Date: 07-02-2026 Venue:G.Koundampalayam       United College of Nursing, The camp started at 08.00 am. A total of 58 students and 1 faculty participated student were posted I various medical department areas and students did Registeration, blood collection,ECG monitoring , vitals monitoring.

FRESHER’S DAY CELEBRATION FOR FIFTH BATCH

FRESHER’S DAY CELEBRATION FOR FIFTH BATCHDATE:29/01/2026Freshers’ Day celebration was successfully organized at United College of Nursing by the senior students to welcome the newly admitted students. The programme was conducted with the objective of creating a friendly atmosphere and helping the freshers feel comfortable and confident in their new academic environment.The programme began with a warm welcome address, followed by an inaugural session. Senior students organized various cultural programmes such as dance, songs, and games. which added joy and excitement to the celebration. The performances showcased the talents of the students and helped in building a strong bond between seniors

Community field visit on Aavin Milk Diary

Date: 28.01.2026&30.01.2026 Venue: Pachapalayam,Coimbatore.  United College of Nursing, Department of Community Health Nursing. The visit started at 9.30 am , from our college and reached Aavin Milk Diary Pachapalayam, Coimbatore around 10.15 am. A total of 58+58 =116 students and 2 faculties were accompanied with students. In Milk Diary 2 technicians were explained various functions like Pasturization ,packing of milk and Panner production. Students had good exposure and they acquired knowledge regarding Aavin milk diary. 

Community field visit on Sewage Treatment Plant

Date: 22-01-2026 to 23-01-2026 Venue: Nanjundapuram United College of Nursing, Department of Community Health Nursing. The visit started at 5.50 am , from our college and reached Sewage Treatment Plant Nanjundapuram around 10.00am. A total of 58+58 =116 students and 2 faculties were accompanied with students in that Sewage board 2 technicians were explained various functions activities Sewage treatment plant.Students had good exposure and they acquired knowledge regarding Sewage treatment plant.   

Community field visit on Slaughter House

                                   Date: 22.01.2026 Venue: Ukkaddam Organized by: United College of Nursing, Department of Community Health Nursing.The visit started at 5.50 am, from our college and reached Slaughter House around 7.00am. A total of 58 students and 2 faculties went for this visit. Dr.Saravanan vetinary department and incharge person were explained the slaughter house activities. Students had good exposure and they acquired knowledge regarding slaughter house. 

SEMINAR ON DIGITAL HEALTH CARE TECHNOLOGY

SEMINAR ON DIGITAL HEALTH CARE TECHNOLOGYA seminar on “Digital Health Care Technology” was successfully conducted at United College of Nursing with the objective of enhancing students’ knowledge about the role of digital innovations in modern health care. The seminar aimed to create awareness about emerging technologies and their applications in nursing practice.The programme commenced with a warm welcome address, followed by an inaugural session. The resource person delivered an informative lecture on various aspects of digital health care technology, including electronic health records (EHR), telemedicine, mobile health applications, artificial intelligence in health care, wearable health devices, and health information systems.

In water board 2 technicians were explained various functions activities of water treatment plant.Students had good exposure and they acquired knowledge regarding water treatment plant.     

PONGAL CELEBRATION-2026

PONGAL CELEBRATION-2026Pongal celebration was joyfully celebrated at United College of Nursing with great enthusiasm and traditional spirit.
