 SNA ACTIVITY  FOR 31 ST BIENNIAL CONFERENCE As part of the 31st Biennial SNA Conference, United College of Nursing actively conducted and hosted various events to engage participants and showcase student talents. The college organized competitions such as  Poster making, Essay writing, Hair do competition, Pencil sketching, Vegetable carving, cultural performances, and promoting academic excellence, creativity, and team spirit. These events witnessed enthusiastic participation from students across 29 colleges, with 712 participants from the Coimbatore zone. Rotaract Club Welcoming Ceremony

ROTARACT CLUB OF UNITED COLLEGE OF NURSINGTitle: Welcoming Ceremony of New Office Bearers Date: 11.07.2025 Venue: ClassroomThe Rotaract Club of United College of Nursing organized a welcoming ceremony for the new office bearers on 11.07.2025 at Nursing Class Room. The event was conducted to formally introduce and congratulate the newly elected team for the upcoming Rotaract year and to appreciate the outgoing members for their dedicated service. To mark the joyous occasion, a cake-cutting ceremony was held, symbolizing unity and new beginnings. All members participated enthusiastically, creating a cheerful and memorable atmosphere.

Blood Donation Camp

Blood Donation Camp Date: 01.07.2025 Venue: Nursing foundation labOrganized by: United College of Nursing in collaboration with KR Hospital.The camp began at 9.30 am with an inaugural ceremony. Er.Shanmugam, chairman, United Educational Institutions, inaugurated the event and addressed the gathering, emphasizing the noble cause of donating blood.A medical team from KR Hospital conducted the camp. Before donation, all donors underwent basic health check-ups, including blood pressure, hemoglobin level, and general health assessment. A total of 400 volunteers, including students, faculty, and staff, registered for the event. Out of these, 120 successfully donated blood. Donors received refreshments and certificates of appreciation.

SNA WEEK CELEBRATION

SNA WEEK CELEBRATIONThe Student Nurses’ Association (SNA) of United College of Nursing celebrated SNA Week from 23.06.2025 TO 28.06.2025, aiming to promote leadership, teamwork, and the professional growth of nursing students. The week was filled with various academic, cultural, and sports activities including quiz competitions, poster presentations, health awareness programs, dance and singing events, and fun games. Students actively participated and showcased their talents, enthusiasm, and creativity. The celebration concluded with a prize distribution ceremony and a vote of thanks. Overall, SNA Week was a grand success, encouraging student involvement and fostering unity among the nursing community.

Lamp Lighting Ceremony-V Batch

Date: 31.05.2025 Venue: Saraswathi Hall The Lamp Lighting Ceremony was solemnly conducted at United College of Nursing   to mark the initiation of first-year nursing students into the noble profession of nursing.
