The International Women’s Day celebration was celebrated on 8^th march 2024 at 11am in united educational institutions. The campaign theme for International Women's Day 2024 is INSPIRE INCLUSION.

                  The chief guest was Mrs.Shobana Nataraj M.E, LL.B., head and operations & management baba transport. We started with Tamil Thaai Vazhthu,' is an invocation sung in praise of Mother Tamil. The gathering was extended a gracious welcome, with a graceful welcome dance by the students 3rd BSc (N). The Seminar Hall was beautifully decorated and everybody was dressed in Purple color dress code. On this occasion we honor the best women employees in different field and their shared their personal experience to motivate women. Mrs.Gokila dhandapani ECE department addressed the chief guest. During the event Mrs. Shobana Nataraj addressed that there should be a balance between career and family and without a family support a women can’t achieve success, also addressed that girls should know their right to defend themselves and be careful against crimes against women. On the same occasion the guest of honor, a shared her tales of struggle and success. Further she said, gender equality is very important for a healthy society. The milestone to be reached is the basic information for a girl child in every family education will during awareness among the society which will further result in overall development of nation and its community.  We end the programme with cake cutting.
