World Hypertension Day Celebration

Organized by: United College of Nursing, Final Year Students 

            World Hypertension Day was observed on 29.09.2024 in Mettupalayam, with the theme “Measure Your Blood Pressure, Control It, and Live Longer.” This event was organized by the final-year students of United College of Nursing to raise awareness about hypertension, its risks, and the importance of early detection and management. Hypertension, or high blood pressure, is a leading cause of cardiovascular diseases and stroke, and this initiative aimed to educate the community on how to prevent and manage it effectively.
