The Rotaract Club of United College of Nursing organized a Skill Development Programme for Rotaract students on the topics of Public Speaking, Leadership Management, and Life Skill Development. The main objective of the programme was to enhance the communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills of students, preparing them for professional and personal success.

The event commenced with a welcome address by Ms.Dhanusha President of the Rotaract Club of United College of Nursing, followed by an inaugural address by Er.Shanmugam, Chairman, and United Educational Institutions. Experts in the field of personality development and leadership conducted interactive sessions focusing on:

·         Techniques and confidence-building for effective public speaking

·         Key qualities and strategies in leadership and management

·         Importance of life skills such as decision-making, problem-solving, teamwork, and emotional intelligence

Students actively participated in the sessions, group discussions, and practical activities designed to boost their confidence and leadership potential.
