FIRST AID MANAGEMENT PROGRAM FOR SCHOOL CHILDRENS

The Student Nurses’ Association of United College of Nursing conducted a First Aid Management program for school children at United Public School on 04.09.2025. The initiative aimed to educate young students about basic first aid skills and provide immediate medical assistance during school activities.
Nursing students demonstrated essential first aid techniques such as wound care, bandaging, and handling minor injuries through interactive sessions. They also set up a First Aid station to attend promptly to any injuries or health issues during the school day.
The program successfully raised awareness among children about the importance of first aid and safety, empowering them with knowledge to act in emergencies. The school administration and teachers appreciated the valuable contribution of the nursing students.
